Ritz Residences of South Park has the highest average price per square feet at $1,078.27. Alta Lofts has the lowest average price per square feet at $385.

Molino lofts has the highest avg price/sf gain at 35.18%. Flower Street lofts avg price/Sf dip 26.26% in 2015.
